* Before returning ANY item, you must first obtain shipping instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our Returns Department.
* Any product returned to us without an RMA number on the outside of the box will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
* Shipping and Handling is not refunded for any returns.

We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 20 days from the date of the delivery.If you are not satisfied with your puchased we will refund your money minus 15% will be taken from the refunding fee for restocking purposes.
All returned merchandise must be UNUSED, in NEW condition and in its original packaging. Returns will not be accepted after 20 days.
