Please observe the following policies when shopping JJShop:

- We can not ship airsoft, lighters and butane outside of the continental USA.
- We can not ship lighters/butane to Alaska and Hawaii.
International Customers
- Customer is responsible for any and all customs and/or duty fees due.
- JJShop is not responsible for any items seized by customs
- We can not ship lighters, airsoft guns, and paintball guns to international destinations

However, occasionally there is an unexpected rush on a product.
If this occurs you will be contacted immediately.
We can then either refund your money to the original credit card or ship the item as soon as supply allows.
